In order to ensure all service requests are handled fairly, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress of your support requests online. If you are experiencing a system down emergency you still NEED TO OPEN A TICKET.  It only takes a minute and ensures that your request is handled immediately and thoroughly.  A valid email address is required to submit a ticket so that you can receive updates to your service request and/or communicate with the technician assigned to your service request!
